Our products

We describe each product, with its size, colours and materials, as accurately as we can. Photos are taken in natural light so colours may look slightly different on your screen. Items are made one at a time, so pattern placement and finish can vary slightly.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). [Prices include VAT. / We are not VAT registered, so prices do not include VAT.] The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Ordering and payment

You pay securely through PayFast. At checkout you can review your whole order, correct mistakes and cancel before you pay.

Your order is confirmed by email once your payment has been received. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing mistake or the item is out of stock, and will then refund you in full.

Made to order

Many items are made to order. See Shipping & returns for making and delivery times.

Delivery, returns and refunds

See Shipping & returns. Your 7-day cancellation right for online purchases and your rights for faulty goods apply as described there.
